Justice holds a National Diploma (Chemical Engineering), which he obtained at the Vaal University of Technology.

Justice has completed an introductory course at the Workers Academy of Insurance, a Broad-Based BEE Initiative, of the ILA and was sponsored by Jenkinson & Whittle in conjunction with Inseta.

He is a qualified Adjuster and he holds Associate status of the ILA with distinction.

Justice joined J&W in 2007 and specializes in Commercial & Domestic buildings and contents claims.

Les joined J&W in February 2014 and has over 40 years of extensive structural and civil design and coordination, together with site supervision and project management.  Ranging from industrial, residential projects to high rise buildings.

Having spent 20 years running a leading design office, he offers pragmatic design and coordination solutions with an acute understanding of structural, fire, architectural and health and safety regulations. He is registered with the ILASA as a Licentiate Loss Adjuster.

Les concentrates on the handling of Structural claims, particularly those of a complex nature.

Millé holds an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying with distinction which she completed in 2016 at the University of the Free State (Bloemfontein).

Millé also has a Higher Certificate in Insurance which was completed through Unisa in 2018 and is registered with the ILASA as a Licentiate Loss Adjuster.

Millé joined J&W in 2023 and specializes in domestic and commercial contents & building claims.

Gavin joined us in Port Elizabeth in 2015, taking over from Rian Jenkinson, running the Port Elizabeth Branch of J&W.

Gavin matriculated in 1992 and completed his N4 in Economic Management.

His career path included Alexander Forbes, Auto & General, and SA Eagle.

In 2006 he joined Philip Smith and Associates and started the Johannesburg branch of the company. He then moved down to Port Elizabeth and now heads our Eastern Cape Branch

Gavin has experience of all classes of insurance including plant and contract works.

He is registered with the ILASA as an Associate Loss Adjuster.

Qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is an Associate of the South African Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Peter is designated as a Professional Loss Adjuster by the ILASA. Peter has practiced as an Independent Loss Adjuster since 1990.

Peter specializes in the handling of Commercial Claims.

Gert joined Jenkinson & Whittle Loss Adjusters in 2015 as a general Loss Adjuster with added experience in Plant and Engineering.

In 1995 he joined Alexander Forbes Financial Services moving on to the Audit company of Grant Thornton Kessel Feinstein. In 1997 he completed a post graduate diploma in Insolvency Law.

He joined Philip Smith in 2008 as a loss adjuster doing general assessing and plant and engineering. He has also been FAIS accredited by INSETA.

He is registered with the ILASA as a Licentiate Loss Adjuster.

Terry Hohls joined Jenkinson & Whittle Loss Adjusters in January 2018 as a valuable member of our team, being our Western Cape Director and company Managing Director.

Terry started in the Insurance industry at Old Mutual Insure (M&F) in 1996 as a claims assessor for non-motor, and worked in Personal, Commercial and Liability Claims.

In the year 2000, Terry was promoted to Claims Manager at the Johannesburg Head Office. He was transferred in 2002 to the  Company’s Polokwane Branch as Claims & Underwriting Manager.

In 2005, Terry started his own Building Contractors business being Pronto Construction.

His areas of expertise are Non-Motor Claims relating to Building & Contents as well as general Commercial Claims. He is registered with the ILASA as a Licentiate Loss Adjuster.

Nadine joined Jenkinson & Whittle Loss Adjusters in 2015 and operates from our Port Elizabeth Branch as a general Loss Adjuster specializing in Domestic and General Commercial claims.

Nadine started her Insurance career with Mutual & Federal Insurance Co. Ltd in 1987 up until 1994 where she dealt with motor and non-motor claims.

Nadine holds an Affiliated status of the ILASA.

Nicki has worked as a PA / Secretary for J&W since 1990.  She is currently the PA/ Secretary to Les Wagenaar as well as the Operations Director. She is well experienced in the handling of client queries. In addition, she acts as the contact person with Insurers for notification of new claims.

Issie has been employed with the Company since February 2012 and is acting as the Office Manager as well as PA for Gert Grobler.

Naomi has been in our employ since 1994.

Naomi is the PA / Secretary to Terry Hohls and Riaan Burger and acts as the contact person with Insurers for notification of new claims and the handling of queries on Terry’s and Riaan’s claims, as well as assists with credit control for J&W.

Mariska joined J&W in 2016 and specializes in Communications, Quality Control and Public Relations. She is also the PA / Secretary to Justice Manyaga and Mark Adams.

Mariska is the Operations Manager for the Head Office.
