Les joined J&W in February 2014 and has over 38 years of extensive structural and civil design and coordination, together with site supervision and project management. Ranging from industrial, residential projects to high rise buildings.

Having spent 20 years running a leading design office he offers pragmatic design and coordination solutions with an acute understanding of structural, fire, architectural and health and safety regulations.

Les concentrates on the handling of Structural claims, particularly those of a complex nature.
