Justice holds a National Diploma (Chemical Engineering) which he obtained at the Vaal University of Technology.

Justice has completed an introductory course at the Workers Academy of Insurance, a Broad-Based BEE Initiative, of the ILA and was sponsored by Jenkinson & Whittle in conjunction with Inseta.

He is a qualified Adjuster and he holds Associate status of the ILA.

He specializes in domestic contents & building claims and has 8 years' experience in claims handling.
